Pricing

Below is the breakdown for pricing for our event. All monies earned from the flea market, food, and games belong to the individual, group, or vendor running the particular booth. Our Empire Mock Trial funds will only be raising funds through booth and block rental space only. This means that you keep the proceeds for everything that you sell on June 8th! Paying in advance has the advantage of a) prime locations, b) lower prices, and c) the ability to pay online via credit card. Day-of sales may only be made by cash or check, and we are unable to accept credit cards at that time. Please click on the link below to pre-pay for your spot, and then complete the Google Form ( https://forms.gle/qRhKJ6q2wGjrPFRJ8) so that we know what you intend to do or sell, as we want to try to limit overlap of food items or games.

Flea Market Booths: (prices based on one-standard parking space spot; no tables or chairs are provided)
  • $25 in advance; $30 day of (sold on a first come, first serve basis)
  • $20 in advance if affiliated with a specific CHS organization; $25 day of (sold on a first come, first serve basis)
  • $35 in advance for the 5 prime locations for sales; room for longer tables, better visibility!

Vendor Booths: (if you plan on mostly selling items and less on distributing promotional literature; prices based on one-standard parking space spot; no tables or chairs are provided)
  • $25 in advance; $30 day of (sold on a first come, first serve basis)

Marketing Booths: (if you plan on mostly distributing promotional literature and less on selling items; prices based on standard 6’ or less table; no tables or chairs are provided)  
  • $15 in advance; $20 day of (sold on a first come, first serve basis)

Performance Blocks: (if your group would like to reserve a 30-minute block in our grassy demonstration area; time includes 5 minutes of setup, 20 minutes of action, and 5 minutes of take-down; price includes one complimentary marketing booth; no tables or chairs are provided)
  • $40 in advance only (only 8 spots available!)

Snack Sales: (primarily for CHS student organizations, but others may inquire at CHSEmpiringEagles@gmail.com after May 15th for availability; no tables or chairs are provided)
  • $10 in advance if affiliated with a specific CHS organization; $15 day-of (sold on a first come, first serve basis)

Games: (primarily for CHS student organizations, but others may inquire at CHSEmpiringEagles@gmail.com after May 15th for availability; no tables or chairs are provided)
  • $10 in advance if affiliated with a specific CHS organization; $15 day of (sold on a first come, first serve basis)  

Donations: (if you cannot attend the event, but would still like to contribute to our competition trip; we appreciate it!)
